3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We aim to display product details and images accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or remove items at any time without notice.

 

4. ORDERS

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed. The items you are purchasing are pre-order unless there is some stock. See section 6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY for further details about dispatch dates. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors).

 

5. PAYMENTS

We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Klarna

Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

 

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • This is a pre-order business model to reduce over production and waste. Orders will be dispatched from November 2025 onwards. You (the customer/buyer) will be notified of the exact shipping date towards November 2025.
  • We ship within the UK and Worldwide.
  • For orders to be shipped outside the UK, the buyer/customer is responsible for all duty and taxes charged which we have no control over.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details where applicable.

Note: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect address entries.

 

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can:

  • Return items within 14 days of receiving them
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Sale items may be non-refundable or subject to exchange only

To initiate a return, please contact: theemail@thedotdotdot.co.uk and you will be given a return code and address details. DO NOT RETURN to our registered office address as that address is unable to accept returns there.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit
  • Provide photos of the issue if possible to speed up the process
